About Parcl 

Parcl is a blockchain-based real estate platform that allows users to invest in a digital square foot of physical real estate in the most lucrative neighborhoods around the U.S.

The Parcl Data Feed tracks the price per square foot of neighborhoods across the U.S. This data feeds into a smart contract, allowing users to invest in the underlying price movement of each real estate market. This lets investors gain exposure to the most sought-after neighborhoods with no minimum investment, immediate liquidity, and low transaction fees. 

Parcl lets you invest in the real estate market just like you would invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other crypto assets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with cross-functional team (Marketing, Dev, Data, Product) to establish growth strategies to support Parcl’s marketing goals leveraging email, paid media, and social.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Building effective and engaging referral programs.
  • Run experiments across the entire funnel of the ideal Parcl Protocol user, working to improving conversion rates and increase trading volumes on the Parcl Protocol.
  • Planning, optimizing and scaling Paid Performance campaigns (Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement utilizing the the Marketing team where needed. (Social Media Manager, Webflow Developer, Community Manager, Desginer, and Content Marketer.)
  • Proficient with all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and drive content creation.
  • Experience creating, managing and optimizing Email /SMS marketing campaigns. (including email automation)
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Skills & Attributes You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Growth Marketing, preferably with experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 related fields.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in long-form and short-form copy spanning email, landing pages, more.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously on projects with review from manager.
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Klaviyo, Webflow, Tableau, Sprout Social (or, other Social Media Management Systems)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4) and other best in class analytics tracking and reporting tools.

Skills & Attributes We’d Love you to Bring:

  • An interest and curiosity in crypto, DeFi, synthetic real estate, and Web3
  • Basic or better understanding of DeFi primitives
  • Awareness of Solana and its emerging DeFi ecosystem
  • Hands-on crypto/ blockchain experience (professional or personal), especially DeFi relating to yield farming, NFT’s, custodial/non-custodial solutions and staking
  • A desire to work in a decentralized, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership, accountability and independence. We love "self starters" who aren't afraid to get involved with whatever needs to be done.
